RANCH DRESSING 
15 Saltine crackers
1 c. dry minced parsley
1/2 c. dry minced onion
2 tbsp. dry dill weed
1/2 c. onion salt
1/2 c. garlic salt
1/4 c. onion powder
1/4 c. garlic powder
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. buttermilk

In blender crush crackers until finely powdered. Add parsley, onion and dill weed. Blend until powdery. Add onion and garlic salt and the onion and garlic powder. Funnel into 1 pint jar. Makes 42 tablespoons. Store at room temperature away from heat, moisture and direct sun. Use within 1 year. TO USE: Mix 1 tablespoon of mix with the 1 cup mayonnaise and the 1 cup buttermilk. Mixture is thick at first but will thin out; doesn't affect flavor. Recipe can be halved. To cut down salts, use more powders, instead of the onion and garlic salts.
