1 (12 oz.) pkg. smoked links
1 (8 oz.) jar cheese spread
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
6 med. potatoes, cooked, peeled & diced

Reserve 3 sausage links, slice remaining sausage and set aside. In a small mixing bowl beat together cheese spread and sour cream until smooth. Add onion, parsley and salt. Fold into potatoes with sliced sausage. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cut reserve whole sausage in half, arrange on top of casserole in a pin wheel fashion. Bake 10 more minutes or until sausage are heated through and mixture is hot.
