SAVORY GARBANZOS 
1/2 c. sm. onion rings
1/4 c. slivered green peppers
2 c. canned tomatoes
3 c. cooked garbanzo beans
Pinch of salt and sweet basil

Simmer onion rings and peppers in tomatoes, add basil and salt to taste. Let simmer a few minutes. Add cooked garbanzos. Stir just enough to blend. Serve hot over rice or millet.
