GARBANZO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic
1 can garbanzo, drained
1 can mushroom stems and pieces
1 can pitted black olives, drained
1 can tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Sm. pkg. potato chips

Cook first 3 ingredients in a skillet until done. Add garbanzo's, mushrooms and juice, black olives, and tomato sauce. Place in casserole. Crush small package potato chips over top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. (Size of cans is approximately 12 to 15 ounces.) Serve with salad and rolls.
