GARBANZO POT PIE 
1 med. onion, diced
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 tbsp. diced green pepper
1 raw potato, diced in 1/2 inch cubes
1 can garbanzos (chick peas)
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. frozen peas
Salt and McKay's chicken seasoning, to taste

Cook diced vegetables with little water. Add garbanzos, soup, frozen peas, and seasonings. Pour into casserole. Cover with pie crust. Bake until brown at 400 degrees.
