DEVILED MEAT LOAF 
2 slices bread, crumbled (or 1/3 c. bread crumbs)
1/4 c. reduced calorie ketchup
1 egg, beaten
1 lb. ground chuck
3 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. low sodium, Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. mustard
1 to 2 tbsp. horseradish
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. poultry seasoning
Vegetable cooking spray

Combine bread crumbs, ketchup and eggs in large bowl; let stand for 5 minutes. Add ground chuck and all other ingredients; mix well. (I mix everything in food processor.) Shape into 7 x 4 x 2 inch loaf and place on rack in roasting pan coated with cooking spray. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until done. Let stand a few minutes before slicing.
