SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
3 1/2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. black pepper
6 Crown Pilot crackers
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. light cream
2 (7 oz.) cans tuna or 2 (7 1/2 oz.) cans crab meat, drained and flaked
1 (2 oz.) can sliced pimientos

In medium saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons butter. Stir in flour, then the next three ingredients. Gradually add milk and cream and cook until smooth and thickened. Add seafood and pimiento slices. Break 4 crackers into small pieces and stir into mixture. Turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Coarsely crush remaining 2 crackers and combine with remaining melted butter. Sprinkle around sides of casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
