ELEANOR'S SEAFOOD CASSEROLES 
1 lb. shrimp (15-21 ct.)
1 lb. lump crab meat
1 lb. scallops
1 lb. lobster or imitation sea legs
1 c. butter
Juice of 2 lemons
Seafood seasoning
Mushrooms

Steam shrimp for 3 minutes. Cool and peel. Boil scallops. (Bay scallops 2 minutes or Ocean scallops for 4 minutes.) Gently toss seafood.

Put into 10-12 individual baking dishes or custard cups. Sprinkle with seafood seasoning. Top with sliced mushrooms. Pour lemon-butter over dishes. (Lemon-butter should cover about 1/3 of the side of the dish.) Bake at 300 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until heated.
