SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
1 can tuna fish
2/3 c. shrimp
1 can crab meat
1 can mushrooms
1 c. diced cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. butter, melted
Salt & pepper

In layers arrange the following: eggs, sliced in bottom of buttered casserole, cover with tuna fish, shrimp and crab meat. Add mushrooms, cheese and salt. Make a white sauce of butter, flour, salt and pepper and milk. Pour over contents of casserole. Mix bread crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over top. Bake in 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until it bubbles.
