TUNA AND NOODLES 
2 (6 oz.) cans tuna, water packed
6 oz. wide egg noodles
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 c. sm. fresh broccoli florets
1/3 c. red peppers (opt.)
1/4 c. green onion (opt.)

Cook pasta; drain. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, milk and mustard. Salt and pepper to taste. Combine all other ingredients and place in 2 quart baking dish. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Serves 6.
