POLYNESIAN WEDDING CAKE | |
2 c. sugar 2 c. flour 2 eggs 2 tsp. baking soda 1 c. coconut 1 c. chopped nuts 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple & juice Bake in greased 9 x 13 inch pan for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Top with cream cheese icing: 1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar 8 oz. cream cheese 2 tsp. vanilla Beat and spread over cake. |
