PINK LEMONADE REFRESHER 
12 oz. can pink lemonade concentrate, thawed
2 c. grapefruit juice, chilled
1/4 c. powdered sugar
32 oz. bottle sparkling mineral water, chilled

In large non-metal pitcher, combine lemonade concentrate, grapefruit juice and powdered sugar; stir to dissolve sugar. Add mineral water; stir gently. Serve immediately. 8 (1-cup) servings.
