BERLIN STYLE POTATO SALAD 
6 med. sized potatoes cooked in their jackets, keep warm
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. Dijonnaise
10 slices bacon, cut up and cooked crisp
1/3 c. sliced green onions

In a large bowl mix together mayonnaise and Dijonnaise. Cube the warm potatoes. Add potatoes, bacon, and green onion to mayonnaise mixture. Toss gently to coat well. Refrigerate. Serves 6 to 8.
