BEEF - A - RONI 
1/2 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 med. green pepper, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. catsup
1 pt. tomatoes, canned
1 c. macaroni

Brown hamburger, onion and pepper in greased skillet. Add tomatoes, catsup, salt and pepper. Cook 15 to 20 minutes. Cook macaroni in salted water; drain. Add to other ingredients. Simmer to blend flavor. Italian seasoning can be sprinkled on top, also cheese. (I use Velveeta cheese.) May be baked in casserole dish, may be frozen and reheated. (Our family loves this!)
