DISAPPEARING BROWNIES 
1/2 c. butterscotch chips
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. chocolate chips
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Melt butterscotch chips and butter in a 3 quart saucepan, stirring constantly. Remove and cool to lukewarm. Add flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla and egg to above mixture and mix well.

Fold marshmallows, chocolate chips and nuts into batter just until combined (about 5 strokes). Spread in greased 8 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Do not overbake. Center will not be set.
