CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM PIE 
2 c. crushed chocolate chip cookies
1/3 c. butter, melted
4 c. (1 qt.) chocolate ice cream, slightly softened
Chocolate flavored syrup
Sweetened whipped cream
Chocolate chip cookies, broken into pieces

Makes 8 servings. In medium bowl stir together crushed cookies and butter. Press on bottom and sides of 9 inch pie pan. Freeze until firm 9 to 10 minutes. Spread ice cream over crust. Cover; freeze until firm (6 hours).

Just before serving, drizzle pie with chocolate syrup. If you desire garnish with sweetened whipped cream and pieces of chocolate chip cookies.
