CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM PIE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi sweet chocolate morsels
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust

Combine chocolate morsels, evaporated milk and marshmallows in a heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat until marshmallows melt, stirring constantly. Cool.

Layer half each of ice cream and sauce in graham cracker crust. Repeat layers.

Cover and freeze until firm. Let stand at room temperature 5 minutes before serving if necessary.
