CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM PIE 
18 crushed Oreo cookies
1/2 c. melted butter
1 qt. ice cream (peppermint is delicious)
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
2/3 c. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar

Line a 9-inch pie plate with crushed cookies and 1/2 cup melted butter. Put in refrigerator to solidify. Add ice cream and put in freezer to solidify.

TOPPING:

Heat chocolate, sugar, evaporated milk and 2 tablespoons butter until it thickens. Cool and pour over ice cream. Freeze.

TIP: To cut pie easily, place bottom of pan in hot water for a little bit. Cut pie after removed from water.
