WHIPPED CREAM POUND CAKE 
2 sticks butter
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. flour
1 pt. heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Grease and flour bundt pan. Beat butter in a large bowl. Add sugar, 1 cup at a time, until well combined. Add eggs one at a time, beating until well combined. Add flour alternating with heavy cream, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Turn mixture into bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before taking cake out of pan. Finish cooling on wire rack. Serve with whipped cream and fresh berries.
