HORSERADISH SAUCE 
1/2 c. grated radishes (about 8)
3 tbsp. prepared horseradish
2 tbsp. sour cream
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. chilled whipping cream whipped to peaks
Salt and pepper

Mix first 5 ingredients in medium bowl. Fold in whipped cream. Season with salt and pepper (can be prepared 3 hours ahead. Refrigearte.).
