BROCCOLI WITH HORSERADISH SAUCE 
4 tbsp. melted butter
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. horseradish
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 dash of red pepper
1 lg. fresh broccoli

Combine all ingredients, except the broccoli. Refrigerate this sauce. May be kept for up to 1 month in refrigerator. (If it lasts that long!) Wash fresh broccoli and do not shake off the water that clings to it. Place in microwave ziploc bag and seal, leaving a 1/2 inch opening for steam to escape. Place in microwave for 6 minutes on high. Serve sauce over broccoli.

For low cholesterol diets, I have omitted the butter and used part yogurt and part mayonnaise made with Hollywood safflower oil. Still rather good!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
