FETTUCCINE WITH BROCCOLI SAUCE 
1 1/2 c. broccoli flowerets
1 med. red pepper, cut into sm. pieces
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. cooking oil
12 oz. boneless chicken breast strips
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. parsley
1/2 c. shredded cheese
8 oz. fettucini noodles

Spray frying pan with Pam. Stir fry broccoli, pepper, and onion 3-4 minutes. Remove. Add oil and stir-fry chicken strips 5 minutes. Add soup and water. Stir in vegetables. Bring to boil, reduce heat. Add cheese until melted. Serve over hot, cooked pasta.
