BROCCOLI WITH SOUR CREAM SAUCE 
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp. onion flakes
3/4 tsp. salt
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
4 boxes frozen broccoli spears
1/3 c. slivered almonds
2 c. cheese crackers, crushed-

In a double boiler, blend sour cream, soup, onion flakes, salt and cheese. Cook broccoli according to package directions, drain and place in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Pour hot, blended sauce over broccoli. Sprinkle almonds and cheese cracker crumbs over all. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
