CORN-OYSTERS 
2 1/2 c. fresh cut corn
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. all-purpose flour

Heat 2 tablespoons butter on iron grill or skillet. When hot, drop batter in skillet 1 tablespoon at a time. Brown on both sides.
