SHRIMP OR TUNA & CORN PUDDING 
1 (12 oz.) can shrimp (or tuna, clams, oysters)
3 eggs, beaten slightly
1 c. milk
1 can cream style corn
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped

Mix altogether in a 2-quart casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for about 50 minutes or until set. Turn out and garnish with whole shrimp or just serve from the casserole.
