CORNED BEEF SALAD 
1 1/2 c. tomato juice
2 envelopes plain gelatin
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 c. salad dressing
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
2 c. finely cut celery
1 can corned beef, broken up with fork
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 sm. jar chopped pimento

Heat tomato juice to boiling; dissolve gelatin in water and add to hot juice. Add lemon juice and seasoned salt. Chill until it begins to thicken. Beat in salad dressing with rotary beater, then add remaining ingredients and chill until ready to serve.
