CHICKEN ROTEL 
5 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken, cooked and boned
1 med. onion, sauteed in butter
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can creamy chicken or mushroom soup
1 can Rotel (brand name) tomatoes (they have green chilies in them)
1 lb. Velveeta or Cheddar cheese, grated
1 (7 1/2 oz.) pkgs. of corn chips (slightly crushed)

Mix onion, soups and Rotel tomatoes. Place ingredients in 9 x 13 inch pan as follows: chips, chicken, soup mixture and cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 30 minutes until heated through.
