CHICKEN ROLL-UPS 
8 chicken boneless breast halves
8 slices bacon
4 oz. dried chipped beef or thin ham slices
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
Pepper to taste

Wrap each chicken breast half with a slice of bacon and then in a slice of meat. Secure with toothpick. Place in flat, greased casserole. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken. Bake uncovered for 3 hours at 275 degrees. Serves 4-8.
