SHRIMP GUMBO 
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 c. bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 pkg. frozen okra, cut up
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
1 qt. water
1 c. onion, chopped
2 bay leaves
1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled, deveined
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Wilt onion, pepper, celery in olive oil. Add water, bay leaves and cook for on hour. Add okra, shrimp and cook for 10 minutes. Serve over rice.
