CAJUN SHRIMP GUMBO 
2 lbs. jumbo shrimp
1/2 c. celery
1/2 green onion
1 can tomatoes and green chilies
1 can tomato sauce
1 box shrimp, boiled
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 tbsp. flour
1 box chicken Rice-A-Roni
2 c. okra

Prepare shrimp in boiling bag per instructions on box; set aside. Chop celery and onions; set aside. Brown flour in cooking oil. Pat celery and onions in flour rue mixture; add tomatoes and tomato sauce.

Use season salt to taste; put in okra, chopped; simmer. Chop shrimp in small pieces and add to mixture. Prepare Rice-A-Roni as on box; serve shrimp mixture over rice.
