SALMONBURGERS | |
1 can (15 1/2 oz.) salmon 1 egg slightly beaten 1/2 c. each chopped onion, finely chopped green pepper, and fresh whole wheat bread crumbs 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. grated lemon peel 1/2 tsp. rosemary, crushed 1/8+ tsp. pepper Drain salmon; flake. Combine ingredients. Mix well. Form into 4 or 5 patties. Pan fry in a small amount of vegetable oil until lightly browned on both sides. Serve on toasted hamburger buns. Top with favorite condiments. |
