PETITE MEAT BALLS 
MEAT BALLS:

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. instant nonfat dry milk
1/3 c. water
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Few drops Tabasco sauce
2 tbsp. butter

HORSERADISH SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. regular all-purpose flour
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. prepared horseradish

MUSTARD SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. regular all-purpose flour
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

To prepare meat balls: In a bowl, lightly mix together beef, crumbs, nonfat dry milk, water, onion and garlic salts and Tabasco sauce. Form into 40 marble-size meat balls. In a skillet, melt butter and slowly brown meat. Yield: 40.
