PETITE PECAN PIES 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
Confectioners' sugar

FILLING:

3/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. ground pecans
A little salt

Mix cream cheese, butter, and flour together (cut butter and cheese into flour as for pie crust). Form mixture into 24 balls; press each into bottom of 1 inch muffin tins (miniature muffin pans). Mix ingredients for Filling and fill shell. Bake 27 minutes in 350 degree oven. When cool, dust with confectioners' sugar.
