CROCK POT ONION SOUP 
3 lg. onions, sliced
1/2 c. butter

Brown onions in butter in a frying pan. Place onions and butter in a crock pot. Add:

4 c. hot water
2 tbsp. beef bouillon
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt

Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Serve with mozzarella (melted) cheese and toasted French bread.
