PICKLED MOSTACCIOLI | |
1 box rigatoni or mostaccioli pasta 1 1/2 c. vinegar 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 2 tsp. prepared mustard 1 med. onion (chopped) 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tbsp. parsley 1 med. cucumber (chopped) Cook rigatoni or mostaccioli in salted water with six drops yellow food coloring. Rinse well in cold water and drain. Blend all remaining ingredients together. Add 1/2 cup oil to pasta. Then add spice mixture. Toss. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 12 servings. |
