NO BAKE FRUIT CAKE 
1 lb. raisins
1 lb. pecans, chopped
1 lb. walnuts, chopped
2 lbs. mixed candied fruit (I use 1 lb. of candied pineapple and 1 lb. of cherries)
1 (16 oz.) bag marshmallows
1 (12 oz.) box vanilla wafers
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk

Mix fruit and chopped nuts together. Roll wafers into fine crumbs. Mix in with fruit. Melt marshmallows in milk and pour over fruit, nuts and wafer crumbs. Mix well and put into a large loaf pan. Keep in refrigerator. You can make this as far ahead as Thanksgiving and it keeps well.
