2 c. pecans
1/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. "hot" Tabasco sauce

Combine all ingredients; saute in skillet; place on cookie sheet and bake approximately 20 minutes in a slow oven (275 degrees). Stir and drain on paper towels.
