MEXICAN MANICOTTI 
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. refried beans
2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. cumin seeds
16 Manicotti shells
2 1/2 c. water
16 oz. Picante sauce
8 oz. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1 c. grated cheese

Combine ground beef (raw), beans, oregano, and cumin seeds; mix well. Fill Manicotti shells. Put in baking dish. Combine water and Picante sauce; pour over shells. Cover with vented plastic wrap.

Microwave on High for 10 minutes; turn dish after 5 minutes. Turn shells over. Cook on Medium heat for 18 to 20 minutes (turning once). Uncover, top with cheese, microwave 2 minutes. Top with sour cream and onions.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
