MEXICAN LASAGNA 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. sliced black olives
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded Mozzarella
Flour tortilla shells
2 c. crushed taco chips

Brown hamburger, onion, and green pepper. Add taco seasoning, tomato paste, and sauce and black olives; simmer until heated through.

Put layer of tortilla shells in pan, 1/2 meat mixture, 1/2 each cheese, one more layer shells, 1/2 meat mixture. Microwave on medium for 5 minutes. Rotate and microwave 5-8 minutes longer. Remove.

Add remaining cheeses and crushed chips. Return to microwave until cheeses melt. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Serve with sour cream and taco sauce.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
