MEXICAN CABBAGE 
1 lg. head cabbage
1 can Rotel tomatoes & green chilies
1 lg. thinly sliced onion
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vinegar (optional)

Place thinly sliced onions in bottom of bowl. Quarter cabbage and place over onions. Pour can of Rotel tomatoes and green chilies on top of cabbage. Sprinkle salt and vinegar over all. Cover and bake in microwave on medium heat for 3 minutes. Stir and cook 3 more minutes. Ready to serve. (Time may vary according to your microwave.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
