LOW CALORIE CREAM CHEESE PIE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (may use low-fat brand)
1 1/3 tsp. Sweet 'N Low
1 c. sour cream - low-fat brand
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) container lite Cool Whip
1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust

Beat cheese until smooth; gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into crust. Chill until set, 3-4 hours. May serve with fresh fruit on it.

(Tip: Either buy soft cream cheese or put in microwave for 1 minute to soften.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
