CHOCOLATE PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
3 eggs, separated
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 pie crust, baked

Mix together all ingredients (except egg whites and pie crust) and cook until thick. Pour into baked pie crust. Whip egg whites to make a meringue then put on top of the pie.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, until brown.
