GROUND BEEF AND NOODLES 
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
3 tbsp. butter
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
4 oz. noodles, cooked

Saute first 3 ingredients in the butter until tender. Add beef and saute until meat loses its red color. Mix seasonings, 1/2 cup water and next 2 ingredients. Stir into meat mixture, then add noodles and heat well. Before serving you may sprinkle with cheese.
