CHEDDAR PECAN SPREAD 
4 oz reduced fat cream cheese, softened
1/4 butter, softened
8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c pecans, toasted and chopped
1/2 tsp minced garlic, roasted

Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Beat in remaining ingredients.

Serve with assorted vegetables and crackers. This spread can be refrigerated up to 3 weeks.
