AUNT KATHY'S YUMMIE CHEDDAR
PARTY POTATOES
 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns, cubed
1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. melted butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. cornflake crumbs

Mix together and put in casserole pan. Top with 1/2 cup cornflake crumbs and 3 tablespoons melted butter. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
