COTTAGE CHEESE JELLO 
1 box Jello, 3 oz. - strawberry is best, but any flavor can be used
1 sm. carton Cool Whip
1 (#303) can crushed pineapple
1 sm. carton cottage cheese, sm. curd, or smash lg. curd

Drain pineapple juice and heat. Dissolve Jello in juice. Let set until it looks jelly (you can refrigerate). Then add remaining ingredients. Mix well and chill.

Recipe can be easily doubled or tripled. Double is 9x13 dish size.
