STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 1/2 lbs. mushrooms, fresh
1 lb. sausage meat
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
Garlic powder, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste

Remove stems from mushrooms - chop stems. Brown sausage and drain - reserving 2 tablespoons to cook in with chopped stems until tender. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Fill mushroom caps with sausage mixture and bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
