CHINESE FRIED RICE 
6 c. cooked rice (2 c. uncooked)
1 to 1 1/2 c. bacon, ham, beef, pork, or chicken
1 onion, chopped
Soy sauce to taste

Cook the rice until done. Place meat and onions in fry pan and fry until done. Add steamed rice and soy sauce and mix well. Let brown slightly. Serve. 6 servings.
