CHICKEN OR STEAK TERIYAKI 
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. dry sherry
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. grated onion
4 whole chicken breasts, split and skinned

Marinate meat for 1 hour. Cook in a broiler or on barbecue and baste occasionally until done.
