1 pkg. spinach
1 head lettuce
1 can bean sprouts
Croutons to liking
10 slices bacon
3 hard cooked eggs

DRESSING:

1 c. bacon grease
1/3 c. catsup
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 med. onion, cut fine

Heat warm, pour over salad just before serving. This salad can be made with just head lettuce and your favorite veggies like carrots, cauliflower and broccoli and mushrooms, radishes and celery.
